everBe 5th Anniversary

This week we celebrated everBe´s 5th anniversary. All the teams gathered together for a company wide event full of sports, games and fun. 

As in all our company meetings, we took a moment to reflect on the reasons why we exist, our DNA and who we are as a company. Thanks to great teams, a sound vision, our market positioning and strong foundations, we have been living 5 years of continuous success, growth and fun. 

The soul of everBe has been describing our beliefs and continues to drives how we want to be seen as a company. We continue on building elite, talented, innovation and customer focused teams of professionals who are passionate when it comes to Financials and HCM transformation and disruptive Cloud solutions. We continue to enhance our workplaces, the wellness of our teams, training, career path, ...

An impressive number of customers of all size in France, Europe and the US have trusted us as their partner to support their Financials and HCM/Payroll transformation and innovation journeys, powered by Workday Cloud solutions. They value our elite teams, domain, process and workday expertise as well as our dedication to creating value, the innovation we deliver and our agility. We are proud to offer a wide range of consulting and services, from Advisory to Business process outsourcing and deployment or integration. We have been working as the prime partner for companies up to 70 000 employees operating in 50+ countries.

Back in early 2013 we decided to build a strong partnership with Workday. A choice driven by convictions. We envisioned the profound disruptive and innovative nature as well as the underlying potential of Workday solutions. We have been convinced by their approach to technology and SaaS delivery model. We have felt the fit in terms of company values and customers success focus. Within this short period of time, Workday has grown from 1300 to over 8000 employees and from 350 to 1800 customers of all size.

As a result of the increase in our multi-national customers, our delivery of Workday has been global since the beginning. To reinforce the proximity with our customers we have launched our international expansion and started to set up local teams in countries such as the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland.
