Gender Equality Index

In accordance with the text of the « Loi Avenir » aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men and the publication of the decree n°2019-15 of January 8th, 2019, Mercer-everBe publishes its Gender Equality Index score at March 1st, 2020 of 89/100.

This Gender Equality Index is aimed at measuring the effectiveness of the company’s gender equality policies in the workplace. Based on four criteria, it assigns companies a score for each criterion and adds them together to reach an overall score out of 100 points.
